Evaluate
At Reach Therapy Group, we provide comprehensive evaluations to give you the answers you seek. We use standardized and informal assessments, parent/caregiver/patient report, and our clinical knowledge and expertise to determine need for services and identify strengths and weaknesses.
Treat
We understand that each individual has different strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, all of our treatment programs are personalized to ensure that you are able to reach your goals. Continuing education is extremely important to us to make sure that we stay up to date with new research and treatment techniques. Evidence Based Practice is our goal. We have experience working with several diagnosis including, but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, Parkinson’s Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Aphasia, Apraxia, Dyslexia, Dysphagia (Swallow Disorder), Articulation Disorder, Phonology Disorder, Language Disorder, Social Pragmatic Communication Disorder, Fluency (Stuttering), Tongue Thrust, among others.
Support
At Reach Therapy Group, we believe that family training is pivotal for patient success. Therefore, we will provide you with strategies and resources to implement at home. Research indicates that implementing Home Exercise Programs (HEPs) helps patients build confidence in their abilities, maintain strength and improvements, and increase therapeutic gains. Additionally, HEPs make the road to recovery significantly shorter as patients who adhere to them achieve their goals faster and demonstrate a greater increase in function.
Collaborate
We collaborate with doctors, teachers, speech therapists, and other medical and academic staff to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Telehealth
Using telehealth services to deliver therapy services has several advantages, including comfort, convenience, cost savings, and the ability to provide care to people in rural areas who do not have access to a local therapist or those with mobility limitations. The use of telehealth services has grown significantly. In fact, data indicates that 76 % of hospitals in the U.S. connect doctors and patients via telehealth!
We understand that telehealth can be intimidating for those who have not tried it. We always ask patients to keep an open mind and try this convenient service. If you believe this is not the right fit for you, no problem! We are more than happy to schedule in-person therapy services. However, it is our experience that once patients try this delivery model, they do not want to go back.
- Recent studies have shown that clinical outcomes with telehealth are just as good as usual care.
- People who receive services via Telehealth have a lower cancellation/no-show rate, which helps with continuation of care and efficacy/efficiency reaching your goals.
- Telehealth allows individuals to access therapy services from a variety of places.
- Learning opportunities are endless as families can view and learn from sessions to further support the patient at home.
- No commute time means you can spend more time with your family.
You will need an electronic device such as a desktop computer, laptop, Ipad, tablet, and/or cellphone.
If needed, our therapists will personally help you set up your device to make telehealth services easier for you to access. We will give you step by step instructions on how to connect with us, and we will provide you with ongoing support via telephone to help you successfully connect to your therapy session.
Connect with the click of a button! Once we set up your device for telehealth services, your therapist will email you or text you a link to connect to your therapy session. You just need to click the link to connect with us!
